If new to meditation, we offer free guided meditation in the beginning of every session. We are always looking for people to help support our programmes in various ways, so please get in touch to find out more about how you could get involved behind the scenes. Please join us for our Wednesday weekly drop in meditation sessions, open to all: The concept of Shambhala is part of the lore of Tibetan Buddhism, and is described in the Kalachakra tantra.
